NC Tool Path Generation, optimization, simulation and verification :
Once the tool paths are generated, it is checked to eliminate unnecessary movements of the cutting tool.
Tool path optimization is carried out to ensure that appropriate cutting tools and parameters are used thus enhancing the productivity.
The generated tool path is verified using appropriate simulation package.
Deviations like undercut, digging, uncut area, gouging, interference with fixture elements, etc. are identified and necessary corrective actions are taken.
